Who are we
Arbetsförmedlingen IT is divided into four departments and a CIO office that supports the CIO and the departments. The CIO office consists of the IT Support and Portfolio Office sections, where the Portfolio Office is in a growth phase and will expand in responsibility and number of employees. Arbetsförmedlingen has high expectations for the business development and impact realization planned for the coming years – the Portfolio Office is an important player in ensuring that the IT business area succeeds in this.
The Portfolio Office is responsible for the overall development planning for IT, as well as monitoring and coordinating this. The expanded responsibilities include, among other things, having an overarching planning for larger administrative activities similar to that for development parts, implementing and ensuring compliance with the agency's development model, and ensuring early analysis of development, etc. Join us on the journey to shape an efficient Portfolio Office that helps AF achieve its vision!
Job Description
You will be an important part of Arbetsförmedlingen's development activities, your tasks include everything from driving or participating in forums for planning and monitoring our administration and development, to business development focusing on entirely new methods and approaches for portfolio management, as well as supporting many different initiatives, roles, and management groups. You act and represent the IT business area and Arbetsförmedlingen in various central forums within the agency.
You have experience in both strategic issues and governance of digital product development, as well as tactical issues related to planning, monitoring, and reporting. You have solid experience in agile business development and support processes related to information security, planning, and monitoring regarding finance and staffing, etc.
You should also have an interest and understanding of the opportunities of digitization for Arbetsförmedlingen, and a good ability to reflect on challenges and conditions for successful change in the area.

The position is a permanent full-time employment that may start with a six-month probationary period. The workplace is located in Solna.

Basic Requirements for the Position
- University degree, 180 credits (120 points according to the previous system) with a focus on organization, systems science, economics, leadership, political science, or what can be considered equivalent education or equivalent knowledge acquired in another way (as assessed by the employer).
- At least two years of current experience working in a portfolio office, or project office managing agile system development.
- Current knowledge of and experience with portfolio management and its support processes from a larger development organization.
- Current experience of development processes within digital development in agile development organizations.
- You have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
